These terms govern all users’ use of the lune24 platform in Malaysia. Please read the entire document carefully before registering or using any offered services.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering, or using the lune24 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use lune24.
These terms constitute a legal and binding agreement between you as the user and lune24 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform after any updates will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
The lune24 platform is only for individuals aged 18 and above residing in Malaysia. Users registering an account are responsible for ensuring they meet these eligibility requirements.

Account Creation and Security
- Each user is allowed only one active account.
- The personal information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Lune24 may request identity verification at any time, including copies of valid ID documents.
- Accounts registered with false or inaccurate information may be suspended or closed without notice.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential.
- Any activity carried out through your account is considered your own action unless you promptly report unauthorized access to us.
- Sharing your account or allowing third parties to access it is strictly prohibited.
- Use a secure internet connection and avoid logging in from public devices.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
By using the lune24 platform, you agree to comply with all usage guidelines set out herein. You must not engage in any action that damages, disrupts, or interferes with the platform's operations or the experience of other users.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the lune24 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or use the platform without written permission.
- Manipulating or committing fraud in any form of betting activity or transactions.
- Opening or operating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
- Transferring or selling your account to others.
- Using the platform for any activities illegal under Malaysian law.
- Uploading or distributing content that is illegal, pornographic, or harmful.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and in serious cases, legal action may be pursued.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the lune24 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring sufficient account balance before placing any bets or participating in games.
Deposits can be made via TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major Malaysian banks. All deposits are processed in RM and must originate from an account registered under the verified user's name.
Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet in the same user’s name. lune24 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, especially for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding certain limits.
Lune24 is not responsible for losses or delays caused by third-party system failures, including banks or e-wallet providers. Transaction processing times depend on the respective financial service providers.
Liability Limits and Account Policy

Lune24 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the platform, including losses from technical faults, service interruptions, or system failures beyond our control.
Account Suspension & Closure
Lune24 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice for reasonable cause, including but not limited to:
- Suspected fraud or attempted fraud
- Violation of these terms and conditions
- Incorrect or false registration information
- Suspicious Activity or Multiple Accounts
- Requests from Relevant Authorities
If your account is suspended or closed for the reasons stated above, any remaining balance may be frozen pending further investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, branding, and software on the lune24 platform are the exclusive property of lune24 and protected by Malaysian intellectual property laws. Users are not allowed to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

The lune24 platform may contain references to third-party services such as payment providers and game suppliers. lune24 is not responsible for the policies, content, or privacy practices of these third parties. You should review their terms of service separately.
Changes to These Terms
Lune24 reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publishing on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of the platform after updates signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes related to these terms or the use of lune24 shall be resolved through procedures established by lune24 and, if necessary, the competent courts in Malaysia.
